Tender description

Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to deliver window cleaning services in the Midlands, East & South region. The core output requirements include (but not limited to):- - External Windows and surrounding areas; - External Doors and surrounding areas; - External Surfaces of Porches / Canopies; - External Glass Canopies; - Conservatories (where applicable); and - Glass Rooftop Areas, Rooflights and Skylights (where applicable) The above services are required across a range of different stock and tenure’s including communal grounds, offices, sheltered and supported accommodation as detailed within the tender documents. The tender is split into seven (7) Lots as follows:- 1. East 2. Kent 3. Sussex, Surrey & Brighton 4. Bexley 5. Midlands (North & East) 6. Midlands (Central & North) 7. Midlands (South & West) Lot 1: East Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to deliver window cleaning services in the East area as detailed in the tender documents. Lot 2: Kent Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to deliver window cleaning services in the Kent area as detailed in the tender documents. Lot 3: Sussex, Surrey & Brighton Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to deliver window cleaning services in the Sussex, Surrey & Brighton area as detailed in the tender documents. Lot 4: Bexley Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to deliver window cleaning services in the Bexley area as detailed in the tender documents. Lot 5: Midlands (North & East) Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to deliver window cleaning services in the Midlands (North & East) area as detailed in the tender documents. Lot 6: Midlands (Central & North) Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to deliver window cleaning services in the Midlands (Central & North) area as detailed in the tender documents. Lot 7: Midlands (South & West) Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to deliver window cleaning services in the Midlands (South & West) area as detailed in the tender documents.
