This contract will be the provision of a Managed Services Provider to cover the following areas. ■Provision of an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) network ■Management of connections to Azure and AWS ■Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Services ■Advice, guidance, and potential MFA services ■Back up Services ■Licencing support for data centre provision only ■Cyber security/Intrusion prevention services (Patching) ■Linkage to site-to-site VPN (Meraki) and Firewall management services ■Potential device build and administration services Lot 1: This contract will be the provision of a Managed Services Provider to cover the following areas. ■Provision of an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) network ■Management of connections to Azure and AWS ■Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Services ■Advice, guidance, and potential MFA services ■Back up Services ■Licencing support for data centre provision only ■Cyber security/Intrusion prevention services (Patching) ■Linkage to site-to-site VPN (Meraki) and Firewall management services ■Potential device build and administration services The procurement phase of the project is scheduled to be completed by early September 2024. We would like contracts signed by 30 September 2024 with migration and implementation completed by 30 November 2024.
