GMCA 700a Project Unity Platform

Tender description

The 2021 the DLUHC Integrated Review included a commitment to consider strengthening the role and responsibilities of Local Resilience Forums (LRFs) in England, in GM this includes the GMRF, (Greater Manchester Resilience Forum). The Integrated Review identified the importance of building domestic resilience, improving our ability to anticipate, prevent, prepare for, and respond to risks. The commitment to consider strengthening local resilience forums recognises how places need to be better able to adapt to uncertainty, proactively address risks and to withstand adversity. On January 20th, 2023, the GMRF submitted a bid for funds for Project Unity, a joint project to be delivered in partnership with a company called Secret HQ. On February 20th, 2023, DLUHC confirmed that the GMRF had been successful in securing a grant. This contract is for software services to support Project Unity
