The development will consist of a single storey 76sqm extension at the rear of an adult day-care centre. The major refurbishment of 461sqm adult day-care centre consisting of new windows and doors, external insulation, insulating the roof and replacing the roof membrane, internal alterations and fire upgrading works; new mechanical and electrical services with a renewable energy source. External work consists of additional car parking, paved pedestrian access, paved patio areas and soft landscaping all with ancillary site works.
