Case Management System Request For Information (RFI)

Tender description

Herefordshire Council currently has several contracts for key social care and education systems from one supplier (Access Group UK) which all terminate in September 2026. The contracts cover Adults and Children's case management, Adults financial assessments, Education management information system and an Integrated Post 16 Data Management System. These systems have in the past been procured independently but over recent years it has become increasingly important that the services work closely together and that the systems they use provide a high level of integration and interoperability both within the local authority and external organisations e.g. NHS. The council wishes to gather appropriate information by way of this RFI to aid decision making prior to running a formal tender and awarding a new contract to replace the existing system.
