Tender description

The Council invites quotations for the provision of a Care Provider Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Part of our Adult Social Care External Workforce Programme, the TNA will be rolled out to our contracted adult care providers in the form of an online questionnaire which will provide comprehensive workforce training information of the sector in Cambridgeshire. This will be used to identify gaps in training and/or skills at an individual, organisational and county-wide level. The successful provider will use the findings to draw up a report showing the training strengths and gaps across the county, with identification of priorities and mapping of local training provision alongside recommendations for training delivery.
