Direct award appointment via the CHIC Consultancy Framework: Lot 5 - Housing and Asset Management Consultancy. OJEU No. 2021/S 000-024300 Awarded: 24/08/2021 Expires: 22/08/2025 Additional information: Contract to undertake surveys as part of the Council's 'Behind Every Door' initiative in order to establish how the Council can better support its tenants and the properties they live in. The focus is on the 20 sheltered housing blocks and the 13+ high rise blocks registered with the Building Safety Regulator. Along with data relating to stock condition, Decent Home status, level of compliance, identification of health and safety hazards under the HHRSRS, we will be collecting data on aids and adaptations, vulnerability and safeguarding issues, and bedspaces. All of this information together will assist the Council in complying with the Government's Consumer Standards and Decent Homes Standards.
