ADAPT 4 Programme Innovate: Multi-Operator Framework for Integrated Project Team services

The ADAPT 4 Programme Innovate comprises the development of circa 30 Post Primary, Primary and Special Schools across various sites including numerous campus projects. The schools comprise a mixture of new build and new extension/ refurbishment projects. Programme Innovate aims to lead the way in the future of school building programmes. The Department of Education (DoE) are developing new strategies for delivery, design, and construction by incorporating advanced technologies and fostering progressive and collaborative teams and working environments to meet programme deliverables. The ADAPT 4 Programme Innovate is one of the largest singular delivery programmes to be undertaken by the DoE to date. It offers the opportunity for progressive and innovative designers to work collaboratively across a range of school projects concurrently with the goal of achieving the inspiring learning environments for future generations to come. The DoE are now seeking to establish a Programmes Framework, providing DoE with Integrated Project Team Services supporting the delivery of essential programmes. Initially, this will include (but not be limited to), the ADAPT 4 Innovate programme (5 Lots) and other potential future programmes, Lots or projects.
