II.1.4) Short description North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) is undertaking a procurement to provide Housing Management to the clients of Swan House in North East Lincolnshire. Swan House is to be used as self-contained accommodation for adults aged 18 and over who have experienced homelessness and/or rough sleeping.
