Conversion of existing Waterside Apartment Night Shelter, in Cavan Town to 6 no. sheltered residential units. The works consists of the following: - Redevelopment and conversion of the existing Waterside apartment building to 2 no. 2 bedroom and 4 no. 1 bedroom sheltered apartments. - New building envelope, windows, doors and roofing - Connection to existing sewer, works to boundary and all associated site works.
