Replacement of the Main Gas Heating Boiler Plant at Alexander Hosea Primary School, South Gloucestershire

Tender description

The Council is seeking to appoint a Gas Safe registered heating contractor to replace the existing main heating boilers and associated plant room equipment including pumps, pressurisation units, flues, pipework, controls system, etc at Alexander Hosea School in Wickwar, South Gloucestershire during school summer holiday period 24th July - 30th August 2024. A full and detailed specification and drawings (RIBA/ ACE stage 4) will be issued for the works including all elements of M&E work and builders work. The contract will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016. The Council is undertaking a restricted tender process to shortlist the number of contractors pricing the project to no more than five. Contractors submitting this 'first stage' SSQ will need to meet the minimum qualification requirements in Section 8, provide examples of successfully completing projects of similar nature, value, timescale and complexity in Section 6, in particular experience as a Principal Contractor.
