2. The Council requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the Park Mains High School Extension project. Park Mains High School (PMHS) is a secondary school in Erskine, Renfrewshire and is located at Barrhill Road, Erskine, PA8 6EY (the “Site”). Planned housing developments within the school’s catchment areas of Renfrewshire have resulted in the need to increase the current capacity. Building and space planning intervention is required to optimise space use and to meet the increased capacity demand effectively and efficiently and to further integrate the school with the local community. Lot 1: The Quantity Surveyor will provide cost consultancy and other services as defined in the schedule of services document for the development of a new Extension Building in line with SFT Metric’s. This appointment is for a single entity to provide services for the duration of RIBA Stages 0-7 inclusive. The new extension building will further integrate the school with the local community.
