Tender description

Delivery of a cloud-based backup solution for the council’s M365 platform, extending the functionality from the current, limited in-built solution(recycling bin) to a more robust data back-up provision across all the M365 applications. Lot 1: This solution will support the development of the current Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recover (DR) plans to ensure that all data is appropriately backed-up and protected from accidental deletion, malicious impact and any cyber-attack. The M365 backup solution will contain the following: - Dynamic Save List - Easily Navigable - Policy Customisations - Deduplication/Compression - Encryption - Immutable Backups - Reporting - Item Level Recovery - User Level Recovery.
