Tender description
The nature of the works is the Refurbishment of existing building along with the addition of a new 10 square metre entrance lobby to existing entrance and a 16 square metre single storey external plant room to the rear of the existing building. The development will also include installation of ground mounted PV panels on site, extending an existing car park to the North along with construction of a new car park to the South and all associated site works as set out in the works requirements drawings and specifications.
