London Borough of Harrow (the Council) is seeking to appoint one or more providers to enter into contract(s) for provision of the maintenance and improvement of the publicly maintained highways and civil infrastructure within the region. The main services to be provided are: Highways improvements (including capital schemes) Highways maintenance (including road and bridges) Highways winter maintenance Street lighting improvements The council is aiming to publish this opportunity in August 2024 Lot 1: Lot 1 – Planned Infrastructure Improvement Works The Council is seeking to engage with the market to ensure that it’s route to market is appropriate and will deliver best possible outcomes to the residents of Harrow. London Borough of Harrow is seeking to engage with the market and would like to invite suitably qualified contractors to participate in discussions which will take place over Microsoft Teams in May 2024 at a time to be agreed.
