The scope of work encompasses the comprehensive rebranding of various communal spaces, including offices, corridors, lounges, kitchen, and laundry facilities. Additionally, external refurbishment works will be undertaken to enhance both the front and rear areas of the building, ensuring a refreshed and welcoming environment for the residents.
