Grass Cutting and Maintenance Services to Donegal County Council's Industrial Estates

Tender description

The project will consist of grass cutting and maintenance of Lurganboy Industrial Estate in Donegal Town and Portnason Industrial Estate in Ballyshannon for an initial 1 year contract with the option of a further 3 years. The works will involve Grass cutting Roadways and footpaths to be cleared of weeds, debris and kept free of debris for the period of the contract. Gutters of all buildings to be cleared of all debris for the duration of the contract. Paved Area’s Stonewalls to be cleared off moss and weeds at same time as the first cut is being undertaken by way off application of weedkiller or power washing, etc. Flowerbeds to be cleared off weeds, etc and kept clean and tidy for the duration of the contract.
