GB-Bath: The Provision of 8W Laboratory Refurbishment

Tender description

The University wishes the Contractor to submit a tender for the delivery of a laboratory project within 8 West, Claverton Down Campus. The project comprises the remodelling and modernisation of the existing office spaces at 8 West into laboratory spaces for the University of Bath. The project comprises the remodelling and modernisation of the existing office spaces at 8 West into laboratory spaces for the University of Bath. The scope includes but is not limited to the following: Remodelling of the office areas. Full decoration. New floor finishes. Fitting out the new laboratory spaces in readiness for University install of existing equipment. Supply and install of new power, data and lighting. Heating, cooling, and ventilation works. Blocking of existing windows. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
