Further Competition for the Provision of Microsoft Licences (M354 and D365) under the Software Licence Resellers (SLRA) Framework, Lot 1: Microsoft and associated services

Tender description

Following a further competition the University has awarded a Contract which will enable the University to work collaboratively with the Service Provider so they can gain an in depth understanding of the Microsoft License requirements, allowing the Service Provider to offer advice and guidance on efficiencies that could be achieved, and how this could be leveraged to provide an improved service offering throughout the term of the Contract. This includes providing a robust and proactive contract management and quality assurance regime, to ensure issues are dealt with before they become problems and to minimise bureaucracy where possible.
