Tender description

Hardware support services for the existing hardware FAS8300 switches that are currently part of the existing infrastructure installed. The provider Proact is a registered partner of Netapp and already provide a mix of On-premises and Off Premises/ Storage as a solution to the University already so this is an expansion of this. The framework utilised allows a direct award option which was utilised for this award, due to the compatibility of the incumbent supplier on the current network setup.
