Contract for Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Solar Car Ports at Various Locations.\r Due to the nature of the works site visits will be pre-arranged for bidders and an allocated time and date will be given bidders on request.\r \r Grant Funding - The Louisa Centre has received grant funding for this project from the Swimming Pool Support Fund. As part of this funding the successful bidding organisation (and proposed Timelines) must achieve practical completion and ensure all payments and invoices for the project are claimed by the 31st of March 2025. The expected end date for Louisa Centre must be and all payments made 31st March 2025 under the NEC Short Form Contract Option A. The expected end date for Corten House, Peterlee Leisure Centre, Green Lane Offices and Consett Leisure Centre must be and all payments made 31st March 2026 under the NEC Contract Option A. \r \r The documents must be downloaded from www.nepo.org and insert DN722321 within the supplier area.
