Cleaning Services at LiveWest Main Offices We are looking to appoint a provider that will meet or exceed our requirements in delivering a friendly, reliable, quality and timely cleaning service that offers a range of quality cleaning at competitive prices in our main offices. • Beneficiaries of the Office Cleaning Service are, LiveWest colleagues, contractors and visitors. • Normal hours of business are Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm (excluding bank holidays). Service to be carried out between the hours of 17:00 and 20:00 Monday through to Friday (excluding bank holidays). • Any issues occurring on the premises during hours of work are to be reported to the facilities team. Non urgent matters to be communicated in writing in a record book and urgent matters communicated directly by telephone to the local Facilities Team, or security partners after 5pm. • Key outputs from the contract will be: to maintain a hygienically clean, safe and healthy working environment for all our employees. • To support relevant LiveWest priorities, strategic objectives and LiveWest policies. • To ensure that all work carried out conforms to the LiveWest’s specific requirements and legal obligations. • To regularly monitor performance and report back to the Contract Administrator/Facilities Coordinator, maintaining regular communication. • To undertake regular reviews of the Service to identify and implement improvements, performance and value for money. • We also want to appoint a provider who is committed to working with us to develop volunteering, learning or employment opportunities for our residents and local people.
