Tender description

Tender for the provision of Bus Real Time Passenger Information Systems (RTPI) and Associated Services. The purpose of this project is to deliver the following outcomes: • A robust back office system and calculation algorithms that enable the prediction engines of the system to provide accurate and reliable information to the users. The solution/system also needs to features a comprehensive set of monitoring and management tools that allow the Council to oversee and optimize the performance of the wider bus network and to plan routes effectively. • The maintenance of the existing on-street and bus station displays that are provided under the contract, ensuring their functionality and quality. • The provision of new on-street and bus station displays that will enhance the user experience and accessibility of the system.
