Tender description

The University is required to carry out BMS maintenance in buildings under their control. The University is looking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to carry out the maintenance on their behalf and make recommendations for repairs in line with the SFG20 specification included in the tender documents. Depending on the scope of the repairs, these may be subject to a separate tender exercise. This contract also has an allowance for minor works projects relating to the BMS system up to a direct award value of £25,000 including VAT. Lot 1: Open Procedure
