Tender description

UK PNT PO has two Spirent GNSS simulator systems, each providing a variety of testing capabilities/scenarios; a 9000-series and a 7000-series. Both simulators have been supported by Spirent Maintenance & Support Contract (700421366) which expired on 31 March 2024. The contract scope covers support to the equipment initially via a telephone consultation call-out mechanism and if a remote solution cannot be provided, Spirent personnel will attend the Authority’s site to resolve issues raised. We require a new contract to continue this support that only Spirent can provide due to them having the technical know-how for all (hardware and software) component parts of the simulators in question.
