Tender description
Clanmil Planned Assets Department are currently developing a programme of works to upgrade kitchens in circa 600nr properties over the next 3nr years. To that end, Clanmil require the services of a suitably qualified consultant to oversee this programme of works, provide design services, maintain duties as Principal Designer under CDM regulations. The programme of works will cover all of Northern Ireland, and the contract form will be that of NEC3 PSSC. The actual works to be awarded to the contractor will be contracted under that of an NEC3 ECSC.
