River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to provide ad-hoc Reactive Repair Works to Commercial Laundry Equipment within Inverclyde. Lot 1: River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to provide ad-hoc Reactive Repair Works to Commercial Laundry Equipment within Inverclyde. Reactive repairs to the laundry equipment will be paid on a dayworks basis. A % material uplift should also be provided for any materials that may be required to be used. All Reactive Repairs must be responded to and resolved within 3 working days. However, on occasion RCH may deem that a reactive repair requires urgent attention. These jobs must be responded to and resolved within 24 hours. In these instances, a standing ‘emergency call out’ charge will be applied once per job, Bidders should detail their ‘emergency call out’ charge in the Pricing Schedule. The address list for the properties and the list of the laundry equipment situated in each, is contained within Appendix F. River Clyde Homes may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further two, 12-month periods subject to the mutual consent of the successful tenderers.
