Tender description

The Contracting Authority proposes to award a Contract for the provision of Campaign Management Solution for Expressway.ie website. This will allow Bus Éireann to actively engage with its Expressway customer base through targeted campaign, tailored first time customer interactions etc. across different channels for an initial three (3) year period. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend this Contract for further 2 x twelve (12) month periods., resulting in the maximum potential being no more than sixty (60) months.
