Leisure Service Marketing Project

Tender description

Stroud District Council currently manages one leisure centre, The Pulse in Dursley. From Q4 2024 the Council will take on the operation of a second leisure centre in the region, Stratford Park in Stroud which is currently managed by a third party. In order to provide effective management and oversight, the Council is creating a new leisure service. This ITT and its supporting requirements aim to explain the service requirement to retain a specialist marketing partner over a 3 year period to manage all communications, websites and participation campaigns for the two leisure centres in the district and to work closely with our recently appointed branding partner to launch the new service look and feel on 1st November 2024.
