HR SI Readiness

Tender description

The Synergy Programme is in the process of procuring a System Integrator (SI) to support the Cluster transition to a new shared SaaS platform, enabling each of the Departments to transform their back-office functions. The SI is scheduled to onboard during Summer 2024. Currently each of the departments are getting prepared for the SI coming onboard. In particular, the HR function has identified an immediate need for expert support, covering a 6-week fixed engagement to undertake the following activities: 1. Assure the SI onboarding plan as it relates to HR, identifying any gaps that exist in the SI onboarding for the Programme. 2. Align Synergy HR colleagues around the prioritisation of activities required to "fill the gap". 3. Prepare a HR functional plan that ensures the HR function can deliver the necessary design decisions and onboarding plans and that this docks into Synergy governance arrangements. This engagement supports the Synergy Programme in preparing the HR function for the onboarding of the System Integrator during Summer 2024.
