HARDWARE SUPPORT AND ASSOCIATED MANUFACTURER TECHNICAL SUPPORT 2024 - Lot 1

Tender description

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) has a requirement for manufacturer hardware support and technical support for key compute, storage and network hardware that forms part of the infrastructure providing the critical National HM Coastguard Emergency Service capability. The hardware is primarily supported by a infrastructure managed service, but this service requires underpinning services for hardware replacement and manufacturer technical support. The asset list has been split into two Lots; Lot 1: Includes Cisco networking hardware. For these we require standard Cisco hardware and software support services to the required SLAs. Lot 2: Includes Cisco hardware and NetApp storage arrays that are beyond the Cisco End of Support date but is still in use. It also contains our NetApp storage arrays which have a lower level of support requirement. For this Lot we require a hardware replacement service only. This opportunity is open to all suppliers under Lot 3d of the Crown Commercial Service's Technology Services 3 framework (RM6100). A notice is not being published for Lot 2 because the value is below £10k.
