NOTE: This notice was updated on 29 May 2024 for the following reason: The deadline was extended until 04/06, however It has become apparent that there is further work to undertake to establish our requirements in relation to this tender opportunity and therefore this tender has been withdrawn to allow time for this to be carried out.(Building external repair works at Golf Green Hall, Golf Green Road, Jaywick, CO15 2RG and Holland Public Hall, 139 Frinton Road, Holland-on-Sea, CO15 5UR) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
