Market engagement to establish levels of interest in the education otherwise than at school (EOTAS) provider market to increase capacity into the system for children’s education. The Council wishes to invite experienced organisations that have a proven track record in working with young people, particularly vulnerable young people who have the ability to deliver EOTAS provision to participate in discussions and work with Blackpool Council to develop additional capacity in this market for children and young people in Blackpool.
