Tender description

The works are general landscape/civil engineering in nature and include:  Stripping and transportation of topsoil as instructed.  Removal and disposal off-site of sub-soil   Excavation for paths  Preparation/Construction of appropriate sub-base  Minor grading of existing sub-base  Cleaning off existing paths of grass, mad and other debris where resurfacing and widening required  Application of Bituminous tack coat where specified   Ancillary civil works (e.g. re-grading adjoining parkland, Re-instatement of grass areas and/or damaged hard surfaces).  Earthwork mounding, re-grading and ripping subsoil, tilling, levelling, seeding topsoil Installation of benches
