It is proposed to Demolish the Sports Barn to Ground level complete with the Outbuildings and Car Park to enable future development. \r Site area \r The site is situated at Victory Road, Blackpool FY3 9JL. \r The site area is shown on Victory Road Demolition Site Plan. \r Scope of Works \r General \r The project can be split into a number of tasks outlined below: \r 1.
