DB Schemes Survey 2024 - 2027

Tender description

Contract for quantitative research services, specifically DB Schemes surveys, which will provide TPR with robust, representative data in relation to several research objectives relevant to its current work. The supplier will design, deliver and report two surveys among DB trust-based schemes, including relevant hybrid schemes (typically mixed benefit hybrid schemes or DB schemes with a DC top-up) in financial year 2024/25, the first to take place in Q1 FY24/25, with findings provided in Q2 2024/25 and the second to take place in Q4 FY24/25, with findings provided in Q1 2025/26. The contract also allows for an extension for two further periods to conduct one or two surveys per financial year among DB/hybrid trust-based schemes.
