Tender description

The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, is seeking to commission a Contractor to undertake the analysis of responses to the public consultation on deer management in Scotland. The overall aim of the contract is provide robust and timely analysis and reporting on the responses to the consultation, to inform any ensuing reforms to the legislation surrounding deer management.The Scottish Government is looking to modernise the legislation including the Deer (Scotland) Act 1996 which governs deer management in Scotland and to ensure that it is fit for purpose in the context of the biodiversity and climate crises.
