Arts Tower Architecture Remodelling

Tender description

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for remodelling works within the Architecture Department of the Arts Tower. Scope of Requirement: Works include, but are not limited to, strip out, installation of new mechanical and electrical provisions, building fabric alterations, asbestos abatement, and new finishes throughout. The full technical specification can be found in the tender documentation, which will be sent to you once you have expressed your interest. The project comprises the remodelling of sections of 4nr floors across the Architecture and Landscaping departments within the University of Sheffield Arts Tower to better suit the evolving needs of the department. The works primarily comprise the removal and alteration of internal partitions, replacement of select floor finishes and decoration. The works are to be carried out in a single phase and the adjacent spaces within the building will be occupied for the duration of the project.
