Tender description

The London Borough of Merton require a contractor for the replacement of the gas fired plant and associated equipment within the Civic Centre with a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system and electrical intake upgrade. Lighting is to be replaced on approximately 2 floors. The gas boilers at the Civic Centre are 42 years old and past their estimated life span and to be replaces with a new VRF system.
