Tender description

The contract objectives are to: 1. Assess the current skills profile of employees in the target SMEs and some MNCs 2. Identify future skills required for the workforce to remain competitive 3. Perform gap analysis between current and future skills 4. Provide data-driven recommendations on upskilling programs to close identified skills gaps The study will target organisations across 4 critical industrial sectors - Advanced Materials and Engineering, ICT, Pharma and Life Sciences, and Finance/FinTech - operating in the southeast region of Ireland, covering the region of Kilkenny, Carlow, Waterford and Wexford; and an “extended” region which would encompass the surrounding counties of Laois, Kildare, Wicklow, Tipperary.
