TEN547 - Construction of Two Single Storey House Extensions

Tender description

Clanmil require a suitably qualified supplier to undertake ‘Construction of Two Single Storey House Extensions’. The work will consist of two properties requiring a single storey rear shower room and extended front hallway extension AS recommended by an Occupational Therapist. These works will be carried out in an occupied property (family with disabled needs) and as such the Contractor is reminded that all necessary precautionary measures shall be taken to ensure the safety of occupiers and visitors. The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Works.  The Contractor shall provide the Works in accordance with the Works Information and the Contract. Refer to Contract Data for Works Information and detail of the Contract.
