Street Lighting Improvements Works Contract 2023 - 2024

Tender description

Due to an increase in the number of Highway Improvement Schemes being planned across Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) in the next few years. Instead of issuing a number of small individual scheme tenders, GCC has decided to place all the proposed work in this one tender to award a contract to a single supplier to provide the works in accordance with the scope set out in St Ltg 23-24 Vol 2 Scope.doc.\r \r The local improvements schemes will be at various locations around the County and will involve the following works:-\r \r The disconnection, removal and disposing of existing illuminated street furniture.\r \r The supplying, installing, servicing of new illuminated street furniture, to ensure Gloucestershire County Council Highways Road Safety and Street lighting standards are sustained or improved.\r \r Full details are in the Attachments section of the ITT.\r \r Estimated contract value is excluding VAT. Including VAT the contract value is £360,000.
