Tender description

1. To strip, remove and dispose of the AIB board and debris from the loft area above flat 1, Saunderton Lodge. To include the removal and disposal of all associated contaminated insulation material. To clean the timberwork, vacuum and fully decontaminate. To prepare for an air clearance test. All as discussed on site. 2. To clean the timberwork, vacuum and fully decontaminate. To prepare for an air clearance test. All as discussed on site. 2. To provide a UKAS accredited laboratory to carry out 4 stage clearance testing and issue a certificate of reoccupation. 3. To scrape back the loose paint to the roof eave soffit at the front of bungalow 1. To apply Idenden ET150 encapsulant paint and label as a hazard. All as discussed on-site.
