The work consist of the replacement of existing roof covering, insulation, temporary removal and reinstatement of lightning protection system, installation of new edge protection to the atrium windows and perimeter to edge of roof area 1. The building will continue to be occupied for the duration of the work and access is limited to the loading bay located off Cockspur Street.
