Provision of WebCAPTURE

Tender description

The North Ayrshire Council (NAC) Customer Services Team needs to renew their contract for the provision of webCAPTURE, which is the forms and digital process automation service into the NAC Revenues & Benefits System. This solution is used to provide automation for online requests relating to council tax. Govtech’s product allows customers to complete an online form in relation to change of address, discounts, and direct debits etc which then automatically go straight in and update their council tax account. Lot 1: Direct award against the Crown Commercial Services RM1557.13 G-Cloud 13, Lot 2: Cloud Software to Govtech Solutions Limited. Recommendation was made in accordance with the G Cloud Framework Terms, whereby the filtering process revealed only one suitable supplier.
