Provision of ICT Architecture and Technical Services

Tender description

The Authority is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced partner to provide technical advisory and integration support services and associated resources providing comprehensive Architecture, Advisory, Technical Support services, Analysis, Project Planning, Implementation Support and Assistance, and Governance and Reporting, for the following IT infrastructure components and technologies across a range of platforms and associated IT deployments within the NTA. IBM Power System platform; x86, Intel, AMD System platform; IBM AIX, Linux predominantly RedHat and Microsoft Windows Operating systems; IBM Middleware stack DB2, MQ and WAS; Oracle DB and Weblogic; AWS cloud services; Azure cloud services; Network products covering Cisco and Fortinet firewalls, routers and switches providing WAN and LAN network connectivity; Virtualisation technologies including IBM, VMWARE, Oracle and Microsoft; Enterprise class storage and backup solutions including IBM Spectrum Protect; Automation and DevOps including Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet.; and Scripting; Perl, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby. The expected term of the contract will be for an initial period of 2 years. If the Services are deemed to be satisfactory, the Contract may be renewed annually up to a maximum of 4 years. The extension of the Contract will be dependent on service requirements, performance and continued funding availability.
