PKC12617 Phase 2 - Decarbonisation Plan for Council Domestic and Non-Domestic Buildings

Tender description

This contract is to provide a Decarbonisation Plan which will comprise of a Strategy to outline an approach and associated measures to detail how the Council’s Domestic and Non-Domestic Building Stock will decarbonise and meet associated Scottish Government targets. The Plan will specifically tie in with existing and future development plans for buildings as well as climate projections for the wider Council area. For the Domestic and Non–Domestic building stock, the plan will comprise of an 8-stage assessment to energy efficiency and zero emissions.
