The provision of Hard and Soft facilities management services to the Judges Lodgings estate, which is made up of 13 lodgings across England and Wales. Lot 1: This early engagement notice is for a potential future opportunity to provide facilities management to the Judges Lodgings estate, which is made up of 13 lodgings across England and Wales. The customer for this exercise is seeking one supplier of facilities management services across the estate. The intention is for the contract to be of the length of three years with two optional one-year extensions. The provision is for both hard and soft facilities management services which includes but is not limited to the below: Statutory PPM Mandatory PPM Projects Reactive Maintenance Routine cleaning Reactive cleaning Landscaping services Gritting Gutter clearance Staff Catering Commercial kitchen equipment inc fridges/ovens Waste services Recycling services Chilled potable water Helpdesk services CAFM Contract management Pest Control Fire & intruder alarm monitoring Laundry Window cleaning The procurement will be run through the Crown Commercial Service RM6264 Facilities Management and Workplace Services DPS. All suppliers will need to register onto the DPS. The procurement is intended to start late June 2024 the earliest. We advise interested suppliers to register as soon as possible.
