1.1 FCDO Services is seeking Proposals from Contractors for: Electrical: To upgrade 3 houses and an office to the latest standards of HS10.6 and BS7671. 3 rented properties DRS 011C, DRS 012C & DRS 015C require 100% Electrical test and remedial works for all C1 C2 and FI and section 6 Note that there is no existing EICR for property number DRS 015C. BE Office DRS 013A requires 100% Electrical test and remedial works for all C1 C2 C3 and FI and section 6 *Note that SC/DV clearance will be required for all staff working in this area. Fire alarm: To provide a fire alarm system to L3 standards in BE Office DRS 013A Additional information: Please note, this tender requires SC clearance.
