Tender description

0.5. University of Leeds is investigating in the campus to achieve net zero by 2030. As part of the net zero programme and investment into aged infrastructure south campus steam upgrades and electrification is targeted to reduce carbon emissions and mitigate risks to business continuity. 0.6. This tender plans to deliver an enabling phase which will mitigate risks associated with business continuity when the main steam replacement commences. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
